ABB is hiring an experienced HR Specialist at their Bangalore location. You will be working as HR Specialist and will be reporting to HR Operations Delivery Manager – ELC & will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for performing day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service line(s) or country(ies), while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Ensuring a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. Supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensure that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office or hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements
The complete details of this job are as follows:
Independently managing end to end offer letter management
Partnering and coordinating with talent acquisition team and the business to understand and release the offer of employment
Handling new joiner’s queries both over the phone and through email and coordinating several areas of payroll processing, BGV process, onboarding, relocation and paper work activities and interacting with vendors and the business
Effectively communicating with the vendors, candidates and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality
Candidate experience management – providing best in class candidate experience through all candidate touchpoints
Maintaining the personal files and ensure required documentation is received and reflected in the appropriate systems
Ensuring execution and delivery of ELCM services according to defined service level agreement(s) and preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR operations in a reputed organization
Prior experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization will be advantageous
Proficiency in Ms Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude
