Ericsson is hiring an experienced Officer – COE TPY&B MOAI India at their Gurgaon location. This position will be End to End responsible for accurate, effective, cost-efficient and timely delivery of HR Services related to the following areas. You’ll also act as the main point of contact for both employees and external vendors regarding payroll issues, so a strong approach and a high sense of urgency are important.

What will you be doing:

HR Administration.

Support in Payroll & employee taxation.

Help in process Automation and Payroll Transition.

Tool Administration & Compliance.

Exit Management system (Former Employees), Employee taxation and Gratuity.

Statutory compliances, Bonus calculations.

Driving Simplification and process improvement.

Payroll processing, Post payroll reporting & Post payroll submissions.

Input collation and input validation.

Deliver Human Resources Services.

Qualifications for this Job:

Must to have an experience in Exit management and Payroll processing for India!

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Human Resources or demonstrable experience within required area.

Years of experience: Between 2-5years.

Presentation and communication skills!

Proactive, strong learning ability.

Analytical skills and financial acuity.
