Overview:

Goldman Sachs is hiring an experienced Platform Solutions – Card Disputes – Analyst at their Hyderabad location. You will be doing transaction Banking, a cash management and payments platform for clients building a corporate treasury system Enterprise Partnerships, consumer financial products that companies embed directly within their ecosystems to serve their end customers better.

What will you be doing:

Determine action required based on established procedures to protect the Bank’s assets, work withsupervisor on handling more complex cases

Investigate and initiate chargeback basis customers concern, and document actions taken in a timely and correct manner to provide a record of activity and meet audit and compliance requirements

Eye for detail in investigations and identification of fraudulent activities

Well versed with chargeback cycle, & dispute processes, hands on exp with Reg-Z, Mastercard/Visa procedures, pattern identification, knowledge of different chargeback types/reason codes

Communicate, in a professional manner, with customers, merchants, financial institutions, and other personnel to resolve system problems or request additional information and / or documentation to support a decision on whether fraudulent activity has occurred

Assist in identifying and developing process enhancements to maximize efficiency of fraud detection activities as required.

Qualifications for this Job:

Minimum graduation

5 to 7.5/8 years (min 2 years of people management experience mandatory)

1-2 years in disputes and chargeback process

Proficient with Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Strong understanding of the customer service experience

Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, driven, and able to work independently in a team-oriented and fast –paced environment
