Overview:

Paytm is hiring an experienced Strategic Account Manager – SAM at their Bangalore location. To be a part of the enterprise team, one should be dealing with the large corporate/enterprise accounts, managing the existing portfolios and cross selling.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with large corporate accounts
• Maintaining and sustaining long-term relationships with onboarded enterprise accounts.
• Must use her/his acumen and understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem and network to come up with holistic solutions for the accounts allotted.
• Develop deep understanding and hold over each account that any competitor finds it an uphill task to even enter the account.
• Upselling, cross selling and managing the large accounts.

Superpowers and Skills:

• Must be a go getter and individual contributor.
• Identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
• Should have good exposure in cold calling, pre sales and lead generation.
• Should possess good communication and negotiation skills to handle the key accounts.
• People who have managed enterprise accounts sales for EDC, QR.
• Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Candidates preferred from Fintech, Food ordering Apps.

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
