Overview:

Visa is hiring an experienced Technical Product Analyst at their Bangalore location. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for securing employee access to our core applications and infrastructure in the most efficient, compliant, and user-friendly manner, innovatively using the latest industry standards and tools.

What will you be doing:

Discover and validate user pain points and leverage user feedback to build functionalities, solutions, and products

Identify, engage, and collaborate with stakeholders to determine their needs, secure alignment, and consistently communicate progress

Prioritize, elicit, and define requirements to clearly communicate what needs to be built and why

Build mockups or protypes of user interfaces where applicable and evangelize with the user community for immediate feedback and iterate

Use data to define, measure, and achieve product and business goals

Collaborate and work closely with immediate team (e.g., user community, access management, development, quality assurance, operations, and cross-functional teams) to iteratively and quickly deliver functionality that accomplishes the pre-defined business goals

Plan and execute programs to train users, manage change, increase product adoption, and improve user engagement

Collaborate to define a long-term strategy and roadmap for the B2E Identity platform- products and services – in partnership with leadership, architecture, and engineering teams

Develop deep understanding of how our products, services, and solutions work, generating new ideas and opportunities for innovation and improvement

Promote awareness about Identity and Access management programs.

Qualifications for this Job:

2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience

Self-starter who is eager to learn, take ownership, and push ideas and projects to achieve business goals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, business storytelling a plus

Good analytical skills to define metrics and use data for prioritization and success measurement

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively work with all stakeholders, users, and cross-function teams to improve business processes and to negotiate priorities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, willingness to adapt and understand the big picture, and deep user empathy

Knowledge and experience in product management and software development lifecycle

Experience with zero trust concepts and enterprise initiatives

Proven experience driving the application onboarding initiatives to achieve Single sign-on (SSO) using SAML/Auth 2.0/OpenID Connect

Experience driving password less authentication for enterprise

Working knowledge of MFA enabling technologies like YubiKey, etc.
