Manchu Vishnu and his team are busy promoting his film, named "Kannappa," which is a devotional film. The film was released in theatres worldwide on June 27, 2025. The raid has just come ahead of the film Kannappa's release. According to the sources, GST officials have carried out raids at multiple locations; the offices of Manchu Vishnu in Kavuri Hills and Jubilee Hills are also included in this raid. The actor runs several businesses, along with film production, and also owns multiple offices. The devotional drama is being promoted as one of the most expensive films ever made in Indian cinema.
