HAL Recruitment 2022: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), is seeking applications from energetic & result-oriented Professionals for the various posts for its various Divisions/R&D Centres /Offices including Deputy General, Manager (Civil), Deputy General Manager (Marketing), Security Officer, Officer (Official Language), Engineer (Civil),and Fire Officer. The candidate selected for Grade VII will be placed in the Pay Scale Rs. 90000 – 240000 and Grade II will be placed on Rs. 40000 – 140000 as per the HAL Recruitment 2022 Notification.
The last date for the receipt of the application will be on 03.01.2023.

The age limit with all relaxations shall not exceed 55 years as on 03.01.2023. The age-limit shall not be above 56 years in the case of PwBD Candidates.
The Age will be reckoned as on 03.01.2023.
1. Deputy General Manager (Civil)
Degree in Engineering / Technology in Civil Engineering from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate Statutory Authorities.

Candidates possessing AMIE in Civil Engineering.
2. Deputy General Manager (Marketing)
Degree in Engineering / Technology or its equivalent in the branches of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, and Production, with 2 years Full-Time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Marketing Management / MBA Qualification with dual specialization with one being Marketing.

AMIE courses in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical & Production Engineering by Institute of Engineers (India) / Grad IIIE course from the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai under Production discipline with 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Marketing Management.

Serving Indian Defence Services Officers (Army / Navy / Airforce / Coast Guard) with not less than the rank of Group Captain in the Indian Airforce.

The candidate selected for Grade VII will be placed in the Pay Scale Rs. 90000 – 240000 and Grade II will be placed on Rs. 40000 – 140000.
The candidates shall be short-listed based on the initial screening only will be called for a personal interview.
The Date, Time, and Venue of the Interview will be intimated to the shortlisted/eligible candidates via E-mail / HAL Website. Candidates will be shortlisted and called for Interviews in a ratio of 1:10 (Maximum) as per the Rules of the Company. Candidates will be selected as per the Recruitment Rules of the Company.
The selected candidate will be paid application fees of Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) inclusive of a GST of 18%. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD are exempted from the payment of the Application Fee.
The Candidates meeting the prescribed specifications and eligibility criteria may submit their application online, but the applications received through any other modes viz. Post /Fax/ E-mail etc. will not be accepted.
Eligible and interested candidates are required to apply online only through HAL Website (Careers section). No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
The website is functional for Registration from 1500 hours on 14.12.2022 till 1700 hours on 03.01.2023.
