As per the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be provided with apprentice training for a period of 1 year. The selected candidates will be given training at HAL Lucknow. The candidates will be selected on the basis of merit. The online application process is underway since 14th June 2023.

Technical Qualification
ITI candidates having a National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT(National Council of Vocational Training)/SCVT (State Council of Vocational Training) from Government/Affiliated Institutes in the following Trades: Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Machinist Grinder, Welder, Electronics Mechanic, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Electroplater, Refrigeration/AC, Draughtsman Mechanical, Sheet-metal Worker, COPA/PASAA. Candidates must have passed ITI in the years 2020, 2021, and 2022
General Qualification
As per the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be provided with apprentice training for a period of 1 year.
Based on the HAL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidates will be trained at the Lucknow division of HAL.
As given in the official notification for HAL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act of 1961.
According to the official notification for HAL Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of merit. The merit will be prepared considering 70% weightage to the percentage obtained in High School and 30% weightage to the percentage obtained in ITI.
