HAL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for posts of Fitter, Electrician, Stores Clerical/Commercial Asst/Admin Asst, Account, Civil, Technician (Mechanical /Electrical) and Assistant (IT). As mentioned in the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, there are a total of 58 vacancies for the given posts. The selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 23000. In accordance with the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 28 years as of 1.05.23.
As given in the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a tenure basis or a period of 4 years from the date of engagement. Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test. The date, time and venue of the test will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through email/Hal website. The selected candidates will be posted at HAL – Helicopter Factory, Tumakuru (Karnataka). However, they are liable to be transferred/posted/assigned to any place where HAL has Divisions / Offices / Bases depending upon organizational requirements.

Age relaxation will be given as below-
ST/SC- By 5 years
OBC- By 3 years
PwBD- By 10 years
The upper Age Limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu and Kashmir during the period of 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.
The upper Age limit with all relaxations shall not exceed 55 years. For PWBD candidates, the upper Age limit with all relaxations shall not exceed 56 years
In accordance with the official notification of HAL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 23000.

Fitter- NAC / NCTVT (Fitter)
Electrician- NAC / NCTVT (Electrician)
Stores Clerical/Commercial Asst/Admin Asst- Any Degree (BA/B.Sc/B.Com) under
10+2+3 pattern from a recognized University AND Professional Certificate in typing / stenography / PC Operations etc.
Account- B.Com from a recognized University under 10+2+3 pattern AND Professional Certificate PC Operations etc
Civil- Diploma in Engg (Civil)
Technician (Mechanical)- Diploma in Engg (Mechanical)
Technician (Electrical) – Diploma in Engg (Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication / Electronics and
Communication / Instrumentation / Electrical and Telecommunication)
Assistant (IT)- Diploma in Engg / Technology – (Computer / Computer Science)
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test. The date, time and venue of the test will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through email/Hal website.
The Written Test will be of 2.5 hours duration. The test will be in 3 parts, comprising of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
Part-I will consist of 20 questions on General Awareness.
Part-II will consist of 40 questions on English and Reasoning.
Part-III will consist of 100 questions on the concerned Discipline.
Each question carries 1 mark each and there is no negative Mark.
