HCIL Recruitment 2022: Hotel Corporation of India Ltd (HCIL) has invited applications from experienced professionals of Indian nationality to apply for the various positions to cater to the business of its Corporate Office in New Delhi. There are a total of 06 vacancies for the Posts. The maximum age of the candidate will be 55 years as of 01.12.2022. For serving / retired employees from PSUs, the upper age limit will be 62 years as of 01.12.2022. The incumbent will be engaged on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for a period of 3 years. The Fixed Term Contract shall be extendable based on annual performance. The tenure can be extended or curtailed as per the Company’s requirement. The contract could be terminated at the discretion of the management during the period of a contract without assigning any reason and/or in the event of unsatisfactory performance.
Interested candidates, who fulfill the given eligibility criteria as on December 1, 2022, are required to send the duly completed application to reach the Chief Executive Officer, of Hotel Corporation of India Ltd., The Centaur Hotel, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi – 110037 latest by 1700 hours on December 21, 2022. A sealed envelope enclosing the completed Application must be clearly superscribed with the post applied for, i.e., “Application for the post of ——–”. The last date for the receipt of the application will be on or before 21st December 2022.

For Chief Human Resources Officer:
Academic & Professional Qualification:
Post Graduate Management Degree/Diploma (2 years full-time or 3 years part-time) in People
Management, Organisational/ Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or an M.B.A.
in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience:
A data-driven leader who can connect workforce and business outcomes, a minimum of 20 years of experience in a Public Sector Undertaking/ Private sector/ Multinational company of which at least 5 years must be as head of HR/IR functions. Preference will be given to those heading HR functions in a Hotel and/or working in a Flight Catering/ QSR or Speciality Restaurant/ Convention Center/ Facility Management/ Event Management company of repute.
For Corporate Chef:
Academic & Professional Qualification:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and specialized certification in the culinary arts. Additional master’s/ professional certification in culinary arts will be preferable.
Experience:
Minimum of 20 years of experience in a Hotel/ Flight Catering company/ Convention Center/ QSR or Speciality Restaurant/ Institutional Catering/ Facility Management/ Event Management company of repute with at least 5 years as an Executive Chef/ head of food production. Preference will be given to those who have experience working in both Hotels and Flight Catering units and have managed multi-city operations.
