HCL invites applications from qualified candidates for the posts of Assistant Foreman (Mining) and Mining Mate Grade-I. There are a total of 26 vacant seats for the given posts.

• Assistant Foreman (Mining)- 10 (UR-3, OBC-3, SC-2, ST-1 EWS-1)
• Mining Mate Grade-I- 16 (UR-6, OBC-5, SC-2, ST-1, EWS-2)

Salary for HCL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of HCL recruitment 2023, the candidate selected for the above-mentioned posts will get a monthly salary between Rs. 28430 to Rs. 72110.

Assistant Foreman (Mining)- The selected candidate will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 28740 to Rs. 72110.

Mining Mate Grade-I- The selected candidate will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 28430 to Rs. 59700.

Tenure for HCL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of HCL recruitment 2023, the appointment is for a period of 06 months.

Qualification for HCL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for HCL Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Assistant Foreman (Mining)-

• Candidates must have done Diploma in Mining Engineering with 3 years experience in large underground metalliferous mines.
• Candidates must have done Matric with 6 years experience in large underground metalliferous mines out of which atleast one year in supervisory capacity.

For Mining Mate Grade-I-

• Candidates must have done Diploma in Mining Engineering with 3 years experience in large underground metalliferous mines.
• Candidates must have done Matric with 5 years experience in large underground metalliferous mines.

Selection Procedure for HCL Recruitment 2023:

The selection of candidates is based on a Trade Test and a Written Test. The date, time and venue regarding the selection process will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates through email.

The test will be taken ratio of 1:3 for the vacancies.

The weightage of the written test will be 80% and for the trade test 20%.  The final merit list will be made based on the aggregate of written test and trade test marks.
