As per the official notification of HCL recruitment 2022, the vacancies are open for the following posts-

Age Limit for Hindustan Copper Recruitment 2023:

The upper age limit to apply for HCL recruitment 2o22 is 40 years.

Relaxation will be given as below- 

• SC/ST- 05 years.
• OBC (Non–Creamy Layer)- 03 years.
• Meritorious Sports person- 05 years (10 years in the case of those belonging to SC/ST).
• Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Relaxation as per directives of the Government of India.

Remuneration for Hindustan Copper Recruitment 2023:

For Mining Mate- Level 10 between (Rs. 18480 to Rs. 45400).

For Blaster and WED ‘B’- Level 7 between (Rs. 18180 to Rs. 37310).

For WED ‘C’- Level 6 between (Rs. 18080 to Rs. 35960).

• Besides Basic Pay and Industrial Dearness Allowance, Special Allowance @ 6% of Basic pay, Conveyance Allowance, Energy Allowance, Canteen Allowance, Annual Ex – Gratia, LTC, Leave and Encashment of Earned Leave, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc.
• In addition to the above, the Company offers free medical treatment for self, family and dependent parents. Candidates would be allotted the company’s accommodation subject to its availability and no HRA would be allowed if they do not occupy the allotted Company’s accommodation.

Qualification for Hindustan Copper Recruitment 2023:

For Mining Mate-

• Diploma with 1-year experience in the relevant field OR
• Graduate (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA) with 2 years of experience in underground metalliferous mines only OR
• Class 10th Pass plus Apprenticeship with 3 Years of Experience in the relevant field OR
• Class 10th pass with 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

For Blaster-

• Diploma with 1-year experience in the relevant field OR
• Graduate (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA) with 1 year of experience in underground metalliferous mines only OR
• Apprenticeship with 3 Years of Experience in the relevant field OR
• Class 10th pass with 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

For WED ‘B’-

• Diploma with 1-year experience in the relevant field OR
• Graduate (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA) with 1 year of experience in the relevant field OR
• Apprenticeship with 3 Years of Experience in the relevant field OR
• Class 10th pass with 6 years of experience in the relevant field.

For WED ‘C’-

• Diploma OR
• Graduate (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA) with 06 months of experience in the relevant field OR
• 12th with 3 years of experience in the relevant field OR
• Apprenticeship in the relevant discipline with 2 Years of Experience in the relevant field OR
  Class 10th pass with 4 years of experience in the relevant field.

Selection Procedure for Hindustan Copper Recruitment 2023:

The selection Procedure will consist of-

Mining Mate- Written Test, Physical Ability Test & Writing Ability Test.

Blaster- Written Test, Trade Test & Writing Ability Test

WED ‘B’ and ‘C’- Written test and Trade test.

The question paper booklet for the written test will be in English and Hindi and consists of objective-type multiple-choice questions.

The final placement of the candidate in the Company will be subject to the selected candidates being found medically fit by the Company’s Medical Officer/Board for the post(s) for which they have been selected. For more details read the official notification.

How to Apply for Hindustan Copper Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of HCL recruitment 2022, interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply online through the official website of HCL. Candidates belonging to the General, OBC & EWS categories have to pay Rs. 500 as the application fee.
