HSCC Recruitment 2022; Hospital Services Consultancy Corporation (HSCC) is a subsidiary of NBCC (India) Ltd is a premier multidisciplinary MINI RATNA profit making company providing quality consultancy services in healthcare and other social sectors under the aegis of Ministry of Housing and Urban
Affairs. They’re hiring for various number of posts which are listed as below :

  1. Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts)
  2. Manager (Civil)
  3. Deputy Manager (CS)
  4. Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts)
  5. Deputy Manager (Civil)
  6. Asst. Manager (Finance & Accounts)

All these posts have different eligibility criteria and compensations, which is explained in detail further into the article.

1) Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Essential Post Qualification and Experience as on 30.05.2022 :

  • The candidate must have at least  14 years of work experience.
  • The candidate must have relevant experience in finalization of accounts, knowledge of IND AS, direct and indirect taxes relevant for construction company, handling internal, statutory and government audits.
  • Must be conversant with tendering procedure in PSU/Govt. organization having knowledge of contractor payment, treasury management and familiar with computerized system.

Educational Qualification :

Upper Age (Including Age Relaxation) :

The applicant being an OBC, must be 43 years or younger

Total Openings : 01

Scale of Pay : ₹ 70000 –  ₹200000

2) Manager (Civil)

Essential Post Qualification and Experience as on 30.05.2022 :

  • The candidate must have at least 10 years of work experience.
  • The candidate must have rich experience in all aspects of project management of mega value projects involving Civil work including Multi Project co-ordination, publishing and finalizing prequalification requirements as per Govt norms, inviting tenders, scrutiny of bids of vendors, liaison with various government Departments.
  • Candidates must be conversant with CPWD manuals, specifications etc, Arbitration matters, co-ordination with clients, project planning & management, billing, quality control, CVC guidelines.

Educational Qualification :

  • Full time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% aggregate marks

Upper Age (Including Age Relaxation) :

  • The applicant being a ST, must be 41 years or younger.
  • The applicant being an OBC, must be 39 years or younger.

Total Openings : 02 (ST-01 & OBC-01)

Scale of Pay : ₹ 60000 – ₹180000

3) Deputy Manager (CS)

Essential Post Qualification and Experience as on 30.05.2022 :

  • The candidate must have at least 7 years of work experience.
  • The candidate must have excellent knowledge of Company Law and its application including Secretarial Standards, good grasp of applicable laws
    of company.
  • The candidate must have very good communication skills especially in drafting with power to grasp and express the content succinctly, up-to date on new amendments in the areas of work of CS with capability to handle all the work independently expected of Company Secretary.

Educational Qualification :

  • Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Upper Age (Including Age Relaxation) :

The applicant being an OBC, must be 35 years or younger.

Scale of Pay : ₹50000 – ₹160000

4) Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Essential Post Qualification and Experience as on 30.05.2022 :

  • The candidate must have at least 7 years of work experience.
  • The candidate must have experience in areas of finalization of accounts, MIS, Internal Control System, knowledge of IND AS, co-ordination with auditors, taxation, banking, tendering etc.

Educational Qualification :

  • CA (or)
  • ICWA

Upper Age (Including Age Relaxation) :

The applicant being a SC, must be 37 years or younger.

Total Openings : 01

Scale of Pay : ₹50000 – ₹160000

5) Deputy Manager (Civil)

Essential Post Qualification and Experience as on 30.05.2022 :

  • The candidate must have atleast 7 years of work experience.
  • The candidate must have rich experience in the field of PMC/ EPC.
  • The candidate should have relevant experience in construction related activities i.e. execution/ supervision of construction works involving earthwork, piling, Underground piping, Hospital building works, RCC works like deep foundations, foundation of structure for heavy equipment, structural steel works for hospital buildings, technological structure and large value civil engineering projects etc.
  • Candidate should have handled contract, closing of projects, Knowledge of ISO requirements for Quality Management System and HSE requirements at project sites will be added an advantage.

Educational Qualification :

  • Full time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

Upper Age (Including Age Relaxation) :

The applicant being a ST, must be 37 years or younger.

Total Openings : 01

Scale of Pay : ₹50000 – ₹160000

6) Asst. Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Essential Post Qualification and Experience as on 30.05.2022 :

  • The candidate must have at least  4 years of work experience.
  • The candidate must have experience in areas of finalization of accounts, MIS, Internal Control System, annual accounts, coordination with auditors, taxation, banking, tendering etc.

Educational Qualification :

  • CA (or)
  • ICWA

Upper Age (Including Age Relaxation) :

The applicant being an UR, must be 28 years or younger.

Total Openings : 02

Scale of Pay : ₹ 40000 – ₹140000
