As given in the official notification of IBPS recruitment 2023, applications are invited for the posts of Divisor Head, Banker Faculty, Chief Hindi Officer and Manager and PA to Director. There are a total of 04 vacancies for the given post.

Salary for IBPS Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of IBPS recruitment 2023 candidates will be given a monthly remuneration as given below-

For Divisor Head- Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 145000.

For Banker Faculty and Chief Hindi Officer- Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 75000.

For Manager and PA to Director- Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 56000.

Age Limit for IBPS Recruitment 2023:

The minimum and maximum age limit is given below as given in the official notification of IBPS.

For Divisor Head, Banker Faculty and Chief Hindi Officer- The minimum age limit is 56 years
and the maximum age limit is 61 years – i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/02/1962 and not later than 01/02/1967 (both dates inclusive).

For Manager and PA to Director- The minimum age limit is 45 years and the maximum age limit is 61 years – i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/02/1962 and not later than 01/02/1978 (both dates inclusive).

Benefits such as leave encashment, Normal medical bill reimbursement, medi-claim, Telephone and newspaper bill reimbursement, canteen subsidy, etc. are admissible as per the rules.

Qualification for IBPS Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must satisfy the given below qualifications to apply for IBPS recruitment 2023.

For Divisor Head-

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline. The candidates have wide experience working in HR Personnel Management / Administration / Industrial Relations areas of a Public Sector Bank or Financial Organization.
Knowledge of Labour Law is desirable but not essential.

For Banker Faculty-

B.Tech. or B.E or AMIE as a full-time course from a recognized university/Institute in Electrical or Mechanical or Civil or Electronic &Telecommunication or Instrumentation or Chemical or Information Technology or Computer science,

For Chief Hindi Officer-

Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR
Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR
Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English. With English Medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at the degree level OR
Master’s Degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level.

For Manager and PA to Director-

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline with computer experience as an additional qualification.
Working knowledge of Marathi is desirable.

Selection Procedure for IBPS Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility and will be called for an interview. The interview will be held tentatively in the month of February/March 2023.
