ICAI Sets Up Centres of Excellence in Amritsar and Chandigarh for Its Members to Boost CA Growth
The Honourable President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), CA Charanjot Singh Nanda, has recently approved the creation of a Centre of Excellence specifically for ICAI members in two cities: Amritsar and Chandigarh. The president took this major decision in the latest council meeting of ICAI ended recently.
A Centre of Excellence is a special place where CA members can get opportunities for professional growth, learning, and improving their skills. By setting up these centres in Amritsar and Chandigarh, members in Northern India will have easier access to training, guidance, and resources that will help them enhance their profession.
A Chartered Accountant (CA) named Himank Singla has also shared this update on his Twitter handle (platform 'X'), where he appreciated the continuous efforts and commitment of President CA Charanjot Singh Nanda Sir to support ICAI members. The aim behind this move is to make the CA professional environment stronger in Northern India. He also sends warm wishes and congratulations to all ICAI members. He ended his note with patriotic greetings like Jai ICAI and Jai Hind.
He said, "A heartfelt thank you to our respected President, CA Charanjot Singh Nanda Sir, for his continuous efforts and commitment towards empowering members and strengthening the professional ecosystem across Northern India."
