ICAR Recruitment 2023: ICAR-CISH, Lucknow is inviting applications from eligible candidates to fill up the Post of Junior Research Fellow in a contractual position under an externally funded project/ scheme for a short duration by mode of conducting walk-in interviews. As per the official notification of ICAR Recruitment 2023, there is 01 vacancy for the given post. The candidate will be appointed for the project duration which would be up to February 2026.
As per the advertisement for ICAR Recruitment 2023, the age of the candidate shall be below 28 years. The interested and eligible candidate may appear for an interview. The interview will be held on 03.03.2023 at 10.00 AM onwards at ICAR – Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture’ CISH Guest House at Raebareli Road, P.O. Dilkusha (Cantonment Area) near Telibagh, Lucknow – 226002 (U.P).
As per the official notification of ICAR Recruitment 2023, applications are invited for the Post of Junior Research Fellow (one) for the DST (SERB) sponsored Project “Nano-bioremediation of neonicotinoid pesticides used in subtropical horticultural crops”.
As per the official notification of ICAR Recruitment 2023, the age of the candidates shall be below 28 years. Age shall be calculated as of the date of the interview. Relaxation of age will be admissible for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India/ICAR rules only on the production of valid certificates.
As per the official notification, the eligible candidate should hold the following candidates:
M.Sc. in Microbiology/ Life Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Basic Sciences with specialization in Bioremediation technology
OR
Post-graduate in professional course (M. Tech/ M.Sc. Ag) with specialization in Microbiology.
Candidates should have NET qualifications besides the above educational qualification.
Experience in Bioremediation of pesticides/ heavy metals/ metagenomics/ transcriptome and proteome data analysis.
Preference would be given to candidates with NET or any national level.
Examinations and/ or Peer reviewed publications /research experience in Microbiology for more than 02 years.
According to the official notification of ICAR Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be paid Rs. 31,000 + HRA for the first two years and Rs. 35,000 + HRA for the third year.
The post is purely temporary on a contractual basis for the duration mentioned above from the date of joining the project. The engagement to the above post shall stand automatically terminated with the project. However, the engagement can be extended in case the project duration is extended by the funding agency subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate.
