IGNOU June Term 2024: Last Date for Online Submission Extended for TEE Exam till This Date

IGNOU June Term 2024: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for online submission of final projects, dissertations, and internship reports for the June 2024 Term End Examination (TEE), excluding the DECE04 course of the DECE program. The extension allows students to submit both hard and soft copies via the official website.

IGNOU has extended June 2024 term online submission of final projects, dissertations, and internship reports deadline to May 31, 2024. 

The guidelines for the submission process have been provided in detail as given below:

• The University has introduced an “Online Mode” for the submission of final projects, dissertations, practicum files, and internship reports to facilitate learners.
• Students are required to prepare the project report based on the approved project proposal, as per the new project guidelines provided in the notification.
• Incomplete submissions will not be considered for evaluation and will be removed from the portal after the deadline. Reports sent via email will not be accepted.
• Ensure that the project proposal proforma is duly approved, and the synopsis and bio-data of the project guide are included. The originality certificate must be signed by both the student and the project guide.
• Scanned pages should be clear and in the correct sequence, with consistent orientation.
• Students are required to get approval from the guide/supervisor before submitting the project online. The proposal can be forwarded to the concerned school or regional center for approval.
• The original project report should be scanned into a single PDF format file for each subject/course.
• Students are required to include their particulars on the first page of the PDF file, including the project title, learner’s name, program code, enrollment number, regional center code, course code(s), mobile number, and email address.

Note: Students are required to follow compliance with project guidelines to avoid rejection.

The deadline for submission is now May 31, 2024.

Project Evaluation Fee Update for IGNOU Students

Effective from the January 2023 admission cycle, a new project evaluation fee structure has been introduced. Here are the details:

• For project work up to 4 credits: Rs. 300
• For project work above 4 credits: Rs. 500

Note: This fee must be submitted along with the Term End Examination form. Furthermore, students must include a copy of the fee receipt with their project report.
