Qualification and Experience for IIM Indore Recruitment 2023:

For Officer (Civil)-

• The applicant must have a M.E/M. Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a government recognized University/Institute. OR
• The applicant must have a B.E/B.Tech in the Civil Engineering with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a government recognized University/Institute.

Experience-

• For M.E/M.Tech-
• The applicant must have 5 years post-qualification experience in Pay Matrix Level 7 (As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix). OR
• For B.E/B.Tech-
• The applicant must have 8 years of experience as an Assistant Engineer in Pay Matrix Level 7 or above (As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix).

For General Duty Assistant (Internal Audit)/(Finance and Accounts)-

• Candidates should be B.Com. and/or CA Inter or M. Com or MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute with at least 50% marks.

Experience-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience is mandatory.

Selection Process for IIM Indore Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of IIM Indore Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test and/or interview. The date, time, and place of the written test and/or interview will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates only through email.
