IIT is recruiting candidates for Sr.Project Engineer and Biodesign Fellow post. There are 07 vacancies.

Eligibility for IIT Recruitment 2023:

The Eligibility needed for the candidates applying for the IIT Recruitment 2023 are given below.

Sr.Project Engineer

• Candidates who have a Ph.D. degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Biomedical, Bioengineering or its equivalent) + 3yrs exp. in biomedical devices design and development or its equivalent OR Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Biomedical, Bioengineering or it’s equivalent) +6yrs.Exp in biomedical devices design and development or its equivalent.
• Candidates having Ph.D. degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Biomedical, Bioengineering or it’s equivalent) in the area of biomedical devices or its equivalent OR a Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Biomedical, Bioengineering or its equivalent) + 3 yrs. Exp in biomedical devices design and development or its equivalent. OR Bachelor’s degree in (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Biomedical, Bioengineering or its equivalent) + 6 yrs. Exp. in biomedical devices design and development or its equivalent. Candidates meeting the above requirements are encouraged to apply along with documentary evidence

Preferred:
1. Experience in Project management
2. Patents and Publications in Biomedical Engineering or relevant areas
3. Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor/Masters in Project Management
4. Working with groups and managing team members.

Biodesign Fellow

Candidates with graduate/postgraduate/Ph.D. degrees in Medicine, Engineering, Design, Allied Healthcare, Science, and Business are encouraged to apply with documentary evidence on at least one of the following.
1. A strong track record of social impact innovative products
2. Passion for entrepreneurship
3. Patents (granted/applied), Transfer of technology, commercialized the products
4. Startup (Founder/Co-founder/director)

Candidates need to submit a statement of purpose (SOP) based on their idea/expertise/skills

Preferred:
1. Experience in biomedical devices design and development
2. Patents and Publications in biomedical devices or relevant areas
3. Working with groups and managing team members.

Salary for IIT Recruitment 2023:

The Selected applicants will get the remuneration of Rs. 64970 for Sr.Project Engineer post and for Biodesign Fellow applicants will get Rs. 60250 per month.

Selection Procedure for IIT Recruitment 2023:

Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the interview. Candidate needs to appear for the interview in either offline or online mode. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview through e-mail which will also contain details of the Online Platform.

Tenure for IIT Recruitment 2023:

Applicants are hiring for the duration of 11 months.
