1. Deposit of TDS/TCS for April 2025
The Tax deducted/collected for the month of April, 2025, must be deposited by May 7, 2025. However, the TDS/TCS collected by government offices must be paid to the Central government on the same day on which the tax is paid without a challan.
2. Uploading Form 27C Declarations
The due date for submitting the declaration received in Form 27C from the buyer in the month of April, 2025 is May 7, 2025.
3. Issue of TDS Certificate u/s 194-IA, 194M and 194S
The deadline for issue of TDS Certificate for tax deducted under section 194-IA, 194M and 194S (by specified person) in the month of March, 2025 is May 15, 2025.
4. Furnishing Form 24G
The due date for submitting Form 24G by a government office where TDS/TCS for April, 2025 has been paid without challan, is May 15, 2025.
5. TCS Statement for Q4

20. Issuing a Donation Certificate
31 May 2025 is the last date to issue Form 10BE to donors, as required under Section 80G(5)(ix) or Section 35(1A)(ii), showing the amount of donation received from them during the financial year 2024–25.
21. CA Certificate on Zero Coupon Bond Investment
31 May 2025 is the due Date for the CA Certificate on Zero Coupon Bond Investment. Companies/funds must submit a CA certificate detailing investments under Section 2(48).
