Indian Bank Recruitment 2024: Indian Bank has announced the notification regarding the extension of the last date for the role of Consultant (Learning and Development). The selected candidate for Indian Bank Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for 1 year subject to half yearly review. In order to apply for the Indian Bank Recruitment 2024, candidates must hold an MBA or an equivalent degree from a university accredited by government authorities in India (AICTE, etc.). The selected candidates will be posted in Chennai as stated in the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2024.
Candidates willing to apply for Indian Bank Recruitment 2024 should not be less than 40 years old and should not be more than 65 years. Candidates who fall under the SC, ST, or PwBD categories must pay only Rs. 100 while all other candidates must pay an application fee of Rs. 1000. Experience–
The monthly salary offered to selected candidates for Indian Bank Recruitment 2024 will be Negotiable – a CTC-based pay structure in the form of Fixed pay and Variable pay to be decided by the Compensation Committee. Variable Pay over and above the fixed salary but linked to achieving of specific target set specifically for the purpose shall be payable on a quarterly basis. The fixed pay and variable pay will be in the ratio of 80:20 of the CTC.
In accordance with the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2024, the appointment is for 1 year subject to half yearly review.
The selection criteria for Indian Bank Recruitment 2024 will consist of multiple rounds of screening followed by interview and or other processes like Written tests, Group Discussions, Psychometric tests, Presentation etc. The details regarding the selection process will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
