Indian Bank Recruitment 2024: Indian Bank is seeking applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Head of Human Resources and Head of Technology. As per the official notification of India Bank Recruitment 2024, candidates should have a minimum age of 30 years and should have a maximum age of 57 years to apply for the mentioned post. The engagement is made on a contract basis for a period of 3 years after the incorporation of the subsidiary, subject to annual review based on needs and requirements of the Bank / Subsidiary and extendable for a further period. Candidates who belong to SC/ST/PwBD categories have to pay Rs.100 and the rest of the candidates have to pay Rs.1000 as an application fee. The application fee will be paid online.

As mentioned in the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2024, the candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. There are 04 vacant seats available for the indicated posts. Age Limit for Indian Bank Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the indicated age for applying to Indian Bank Recruitment 2024.

For Chief Financial Officer-

  • The minimum age limit is 35 years.
  • The maximum age limit is 57 Years.

For Company Secretary-

  • The minimum age limit is 30 years.
  • The maximum age limit is 57 Years.

For Head of Human Resources and Head of Technology-

  • The minimum age limit is 36 years.
  • The maximum age limit is 57 Years.

Qualification and Experience for Indian Bank Recruitment 2024:

Candidate must have the required qualifications and experience for applying to Indian Bank Recruitment 2024 as described below-

For Chief Financial Officer-

  • The candidate should have a CA.
  • The candidate should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India will be an added advantage.

Experience-

  • The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in BFSI.
  • The candidate should have experience in all areas of Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Compliance, Budget Planning etc.

Preferred Experience-

  • The candidate should have experience of working in a shared services organization.
  • The candidate should have a strong understanding of financial aspects related to a Shared Services Organization.
  • The candidate should have experience in handling regulations and compliance frameworks, including but not limited to securities law, and corporate governance codes.
  • The candidate should have experience as a Company Secretary in a company.

For Company Secretary-

  • The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university in India and must be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. (A degree in Law will be an added advantage).

Experience-

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, out of which he/she should have held the position of company secretary in a company having paid-up capital of INR 10 crores or above.
  • The candidate should have experience in handling regulations and compliance frameworks, including but not limited to securities law and corporate governance codes.

Preferred Experience-

  • The candidate should have experience working in an Operations Shared Services setup.
  • The candidate should have experience leading to the development and implementation of corporate governance policies, procedures and best practices tailored to the unique needs and risks of the shared services sector.
  • The candidate should have experience in e-filing through government and other portals.

For Head of Human Resources-

  • The candidate should have a Post-Graduation Diploma in Management / MBA or Post Graduation with a specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resources related field (Labour Relations / Labour Studies / Organization Development / Organization Behaviour, etc.) from a university recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE.

Experience-

  • The candidate should have 15+ years of HR experience of which at least 5 years should be in the capacity of an HR Head of a reputed organization with a sizeable employee base.
  • The candidate should have experience in any service industry, preferably in the financial services sector. • Experience in Shared Services entities of BFSI companies preferred.

For Head of Technology-

  • The candidate should have an Engineering Graduate or MCA from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India /Govt. bodies/AICTE etc. Preference shall be given to the Candidates who possess B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech from a recognized University / Institution in Software Engineering/ Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Technology / Electronics / Electronics and Communications.

Experience-

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of overall post-qualification experience in IT with regulated financial services organizations or in technology/ software organizations engaged in creating large-scale products/ platforms/ applications for the BFSI industry.
  • The candidate should have out of the above, a minimum of 4 years of experience should have been in leading teams in the area of data centers, Networking, Infrastructure management and operations shared services setup/operations services subsidiary.
  • The candidate should have a strong understanding of Technology in a Banking context across applications, infrastructure and security aspects.
  • The candidate should have exposure to data sharing and data privacy guidelines.

Preferred Experience-

  • The candidate should have experience in leading technology for Operations Shared Services setup.

Tenure for Indian Bank Recruitment 2024:

The appointment is made on a contract basis and the candidates who are selected for Indian Bank Recruitment 2024 will be appointed for a period of 3 years after the incorporation of the subsidiary, subject to annual review based on the needs and requirements of the Bank / Subsidiary and extendable for a further period.

Selection Process for Indian Bank Recruitment 2024:

The selection of Indian Bank Recruitment 2024 will be determined on the basis of an interview. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
