• Entry level to a business services career progression with limited prior training or relevant work experience

• Understands how the assigned duties integrate with others in the Team

Problem Solving

• Works on well-defined assignments of a repetitive and standardized nature
• Addresses defined and straightforward problems using existing standard operating procedures or analytical methods

• Follows direct and detailed instructions on tasks
• Under close supervision, follows procedures
• Impacts own Team through work accuracy and timeliness

• Has no supervisory responsibilities
