IOCL Recruitment 2024: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is looking for qualified applicants for an engagement of Retainer Doctor at Western Region Pipelines, Mundra and CISF Barrack, New Mundra. Referring to the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2024, the applicant will be appointed on a contractual basis for a tenure period of 03 years, which can be terminated by either side by giving 3 months notice. On expiry of 03 years, further extension of 02 years can be granted on mutual agreement.
Candidates applying for IOCL Recruitment 2024, should have an MD (Medicine) MS (General surgery)/ MBBS qualification with at least 02 years of experience as General Practitioner. Doctors who have completed their MD/MS will receive retainer fees of Rs.1390 per hour and the retainer fees for doctors with MBBS qualification shall be Rs. 1075 per hour. Payment for compensation will be made based on actual attendance, with a 52-hour monthly maximum. For the following years, there will be a cumulative 5% annual increase in payment. As given in the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2024, doctors who have completed their MD or MS will be paid retainer fees of Rs. 1390 per hour, while doctors who have completed their MBBS will be paid Rs. 1075 per hour. Compensation will be paid out on the basis of actual attendance, up to a maximum of 52 hours per month. There will be a cumulative 5% yearly payment increase in the ensuing years.
