Post Name and Vacancies for IOCL Recruitment 2024:

IOCL is inviting applications from capable candidates for the post of Research Associate. There are 02 vacancies available for the aforesaid positions, as per the official notification of IOCL  Recruitment 2024.

Tenure for IOCL Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will have to serve a minimum period of 01 year or till the tenability of the project/scheme whichever is earlier, which can be curtailed/extended based on assessment of the candidate’s performance and discretion of the Competent Authority.

Age Limit for IOCL Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of IOCL  Recruitment 2024, the age limit is mentioned below:

• The upper age limit is 40 years as on the last date of application.
• The maximum age relaxation up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Women & 3 Years for OBC.

Required Qualifications for IOCL Recruitment 2024:

As given in the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2024, the required qualification are listed below:

For Research Associate (RA- III)-

• The candidate should have a Ph.D. in microbiology, biochemistry, or biotechnology.
•  Background and experience in biological conversion of lignin into high value products through Microbial Fermentation, Microbial Bioprocessing will be preferred.

For Research Associate (RA- III) –

• The candidate should have a Ph.D. in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/In-organic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Physical Chemistry.
• Background and experience in Chemical catalysis of lignin to produce biofuels, biochemicals, bioproducts and energy research will be preferred.

Salary for IOCL Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2024, the applicants who are chosen will receive the monthly salary is given below:

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary as per DBT/DST norms and the available sanctioned research project grant.

Selection Process for IOCL Recruitment 2024:

As informed by the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2024, the mode of selection will be based on interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
