IOCL Recruitment 2024: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is seeking applications from qualified applicants to fill up vacancies for the Apprenticeship Training under various region. Candidates willing to apply for IOCL Recruitment 2024 should not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 24 years. The selected candidate for IOCL Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for a period of 12 months. Candidates will be selected based on the written exam which consist of Multiple Choice Questions. The details regarding the exam will be intimated later to the shortlisted applicants.
The chosen applicant will get a monthly stipend as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973/Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended) and Corporation‟s guidelines. For Trade Apprentice (Assistant Human Resource
Candidates must have Full Time Bachelors degree (Graduation) from a Govt. recognized institute/University.
For Trade Apprentice (Accountant)-
Candidates must have Full full-time bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in Commerce from a Govt. recognized institute/University.
For Data Entry Operator(Fresher Apprentices)-
Candidates must be class 12th pass (but below graduate).
For Domestic Data Entry Operators (Skill Certificate Holders)-
Candidates must be 12th pass (but below Graduate). Additionally, candidates should possess a Skill Certificate of „Domestic Data Entry Operator‟ for the training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under the National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognized by the Central Govt.
Tenure for IOCL Recruitment 2024:
In accordance with the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2024, the appointment is for a period of 12 months.
The selection of candidates for IOCL Recruitment 2024 is based on written test. The duration of Written Test shall be of 120 minutes i.e. two hours.
The scheme of exam is given below-
For Technician Apprentices and For Trade Apprentice (Accountant)-
100- objective type questions
75 questions shall be from the concerned discipline of Diploma level and about 25 questions on General Aptitude and Reasoning, General English, Numerical Aptitude and General Knowledge etc.
For Trade Apprentice (Assistant-Human Resource)-
100– objective type questions based on General Aptitude and Reasoning, General English, Numerical Aptitude and General Knowledge/awareness etc.
For Data Entry Operator& Domestic Data Entry Operator-
100 objective type questions based on General Aptitude and Reasoning, General English, Numerical Aptitude and General Knowledge/awareness etc. of Class 12 level.
