Stipend for IOCL Recruitment 2025:

According to the official IOCL Recruitment 2025 notification, selected students will receive a monthly stipend at the amount specified by the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, and the Apprentices Rules 1992/2019, as amended from time to time.

• The stipend for both graduate and technician apprentices would be paid in two instalments: the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) will deposit Rs. 4,500 for the former and Rs. 4,000 for the latter directly into their bank accounts, with Indian Oil Corporation covering the remaining balance. To receive the government’s portion of the stipend from BOAT, candidates must have an Aadhaar bank account that is set up for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
• Indian Oil Corporation Limited would provide the trade apprentice with their entire stipend.

Age Limit for IOCL Recruitment 2025:

The following are the minimum and maximum age requirements to apply for IOCL Recruitment 2025:

• The minimum age limit for the assigned position is 18 years.
• The maximum age limit for the assigned position is 24 years.

Age Relaxation –

• Age relaxation for SC/ST positions is five years, or up to a maximum of 29 years, and for OBC-NCL positions, or up to a maximum of 27 years.
• PwBD candidates are eligible for an age relaxation of up to 10 years (up to 15 years for SC/ST candidates and up to 13 years for OBC-NCL candidates).

Trade Apprentice (Electronics Mechanic) –

• Matric with regular full-time 2(Two) year ITI (Electronics Mechanic) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.

Trade Apprentice (Instrument Mechanic) –

• Matric with regular full-time 2(Two) year ITI (Instrument Mechanic) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.

Trade Apprentice (Machinist) –

• Matric with regular full-time 2(Two) year ITI (Machinist) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.

Technician Apprentice (Mechanical) –

• 3 years regular full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS and OBC-NCL& 45% in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions from an Institute/University recognized by AICTE/UGC.

Selection Process for IOCL Recruitment 2025:

Based on the official notification of Indian Oil Corporation Recruitment 2025, candidates have to register successfully on the NAPS/NATS portal and apply against the notification shall be considered for the selection process. There will be no written Test/Interview.

• The committee will prepare a merit list in order to determine the eligibility of the applicants. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the previous educational qualifications obtained by the candidates.
• Candidates successfully qualifying for document verification and Pre-engagement medical fitness shall be adjudged suitable for engagement and shall be issued an offer of Engagement for Apprenticeship Training.

Candidates who have registered on the NAPS/NATS portal and submitted an application will be taken into consideration for selection.

Tenure for IOCL Recruitment 2025:
