IPPB Recruitment 2023: India Post Payment Bank (IPPB) is under the Department of Post, Ministry of Communication. IPPB is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Manager, Senior Manager, Chief Manager, Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager. There are a total of 08 vacancies for the given posts. As given in the official notification of IPPB recruitment 2023, the minimum and maximum age limit is different for every post which is given below in the article. In accordance with the official notification of IPPB recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 370000.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. The list of shortlisted candidates will be available on the official website. As given in the official notification of IPPB recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can apply online through the official website. The online applications starts from 2nd March 2023 till 10 am.
In accordance with the official notification of IPPB recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the posts of Manager, Senior Manager, Chief Manager, Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager. There are a total of 08 vacancies for the given posts.

The selected officers will be posted at Corporate Office, New Delhi. However, officer may be posted anywhere in India. Candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply.
According to the official notification of IPPB recruitment 2023, the age limit for every post is different as given below.
For Manager- Candidates between the age of 23 to 35 years can apply.
For Senior Manager- Candidates between the age of 26 to 35 years can apply.
For Chief Manager- Candidates between the age of 29 to 45 years can apply.
For Assistant General Manager- Candidates between the age of 32 to 45 years can apply.
For Deputy General Manager- Candidates between the age of 35 to 55 years can apply.
Candidates applying for IPPB recruitment 2023 must have the qualification as given below-
For AGM (Information Technology)-
Masters /Bachelor of Engineering or
Masters /Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology or Computer Science or Master’s in Computer Application.
Candidates from IIT/NIT/Top rated Engineering Colleges and having MBA will be given preference.
Experience- Minimum 12 years of experience in Officer grade is mandatory of which minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT operations in banking (or) electronic payment services is mandatory.
For Chief Manager (Information Technology)-
Masters /Bachelor of Engineering or
Masters /Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology or Computer Science or Master’s in Computer Application.
Candidates from IIT/NIT/Top rated Engineering Colleges will be preferred.
Experience- Minimum 9 years of experience in
Officer Cadre in IT of which minimum 5 years of experience in the BSFI Sector or IT projects pertaining to Banking sector.

Salary for IPPB Recruitment 2023
The Cost to Company (CTC) of officers includes other pay and perks, such as Dearness Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Special Allowance, Fixed Personal Pay, Bouquet of Allowance (50% of basic pay), NPS, Gratuity, HRA/ Leased accommodation etc. as per service rules in force from time to time.
