• The applicants will be appointed on deputation for 03 years
• The applicants will be appointed on contract for 03 years, extendable further upto 02 years based on the performance of the candidate and requirements of the Company OR
• The applicants will be appointed on a re-employment annual contract basis extendable further based on the performance of the candidate and the requirements of the Company.

Eligibility Criteria for IPRCL Recruitment 2024:

For appointment on Deputation:

• The officers should have service experience in traffic planning in the field of railways, subject to the following:
• The candidate should be Group-B Officers working in PB 2 + GP Rs.4800/5400 (A/c) (pre-revised 6th CPC) revised to matrix level 8 / 9 (7th CPC)

For appointment on Contract for Officers presently working in CDA/IDA Scales:

• Officers should have service experience in Traffic Planning in the field of Railways subject to the following:

For Officers working on the CDA scale-

• The employees working in PB-2 plus GP 4600 (PB 2 plus GP 4800 in A/Cs deptt. of IR) – (Pre-revised 6th CPC) Revised to matrix level 7 / 8 under 7th CPC for a period of 02 years.

For Officers working in IDA scale:

• The candidate should be working in an IDA scale of Rs. 24900-Rs. 50500 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to Rs. 60000-180000 under 3rd PRC and have a minimum of 6 years of Managerial / Executive level service experience OR
• The candidate should be working in the IDA scale of Rs. 20600-Rs. 46500(Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to Rs. 50000-160000 under 3rd PRC for a period of 02 years.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 06 years of Managerial / Executive level service experience.

For appointment on Re-employment-

• Officers who have taken Voluntary Retirement (VR) or retired on Superannuation from Railways / Railways PSUs operating in the field of railways or JV Companies under Govt. control operating in the field of railways or government companies operating in the field of Railways should have overall service experience in Traffic planning in the field of railways, subject to the following:
• Officers who have taken VR or retired on Superannuation in CDA scale: The Officer should have taken VR or retired on superannuation in PB-3/2- GP 5400 / 4800 (Pre-revised 6th CPC) Revised to matrix level 10/9/8 under 7th CPC.
• Officers who have taken VR or retired on Superannuation in IDA scale: The Officer should have taken VR or retired on superannuation in E-3 in IDA scale of Rs.24900-50500 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to Rs. 60000-180000 under 3rd PRC.

Salary for IPRCL Recruitment 2024:

As indicated in the official notification of IPRCL Recruitment 2024, the salary for the selected candidate is mentioned below:

For Appointment on Deputation:

• The selected applicants will be paid a monthly salary of E-3 Parent Department Pay plus Deputation Duty Allowance in additional Other Allowances as per IPRCL HR Policy.

For appointment on contract for Officers presently working in CDA/IDA Scale-

• The selected applicants will be paid a monthly salary of E-3 Rs. 60000-Rs. 180000 plus IDA and HRA in additional Allowances under cafeteria approach @35% of Basic Pay and other benefits as admissible in IPRCL. Pay protection will be given to candidates as per DPE Guidelines.

For appointment on Contract for Officers presently working in the Private Sector-

• The selected applicants will be paid a monthly salary of E-3 Rs. 60000-Rs. 180000 plus IDA and HRA in additional allowances under the cafeteria approach @35% of Basic Pay and other benefits as admissible in IPRCL.

For appointment on Re-employment: E-3 60000-180000 Following will be the remuneration:

• The selected Candidate will be placed at the minimum of Basic Pay of Rs. 60000 plus IDA and HRA will be admissible as per the rules.
• Perks under the cafeteria approach will be paid @ 20% of Basic Pay.
