IRCON Recruitment 2023: IRCON International Limited is looking for candidates for the post of Chief General Manager/ General Manager/ Addl. General Manager/ Electrical. As per IRCON Recruitment 2023 official notification, the maximum age limit required for this post is 58 years. There is only 01 vacancy for the given post as per IRCON Recruitment 2023.
As per IRCON Recruitment 2023 notification, candidates will be paid off between Rs. 78,800 to Rs. 21,8200/-. Candidates will be selected for a duration of 03 years from the date of appointment which can be further extended up to 05 years. As per IRCON Recruitment 2023 notification, below mentioned are the qualification requirements for the Chief General Manager/ General Manager/ Addl. General Manager/ Electrical post.
(i) IRSEE Officer working in SAG/NFSAG/SG/JAG scale with experience in construction/ maintenance of sub-station, electrical general service, and Railway Electrification.
(ii) The job requirement will include the preparation of bids and tenders and execution of projects at various project sites, dealing with various Contractors, Suppliers, local authorities, and officials of Clients/ Consultants.
(iii) Relevant extensive experience and requisite knowledge in the same field.
(iv) The number of years of experience and the nature of the experience of the officer in the specific area as per the requirement will be taken into consideration.
(v) Officers should have good communication skills.
(vi) Overall, an officer with a good mix of all of the above shall be preferred for selection.
As per IRCON Recruitment 2023 notification, age limit details are given below:
SAG level – Not exceeding 58 (fifty-eight) years on the closing date of receipt of application.
Below SAG level – Not exceeding 56 (fifty-six) years on the closing date of receipt of application.

For SAG/NFSAG Officer – CGM level
Rs.144200-218200/- (CDA) (Pay matrix level 14).
For SG Officer – GM level
Rs.123100-215900/- (CDA) (Pay matrix level 13).
For JAG Officer – AGM level
Rs.78800-209200/- (CDA) (Pay matrix level 12).
