As per the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be appointed for 03 years which can be further extended upto 5 years.

Age Limit for IRCON Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the SAG level is 58 years, and for the Below SAG, the level is 56 years.

Salary for IRCON Recruitment 2023:

As given in the Official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2023, candidates selected for SAG/NFSAG Officer – CGM post will get Rs.144200 to Rs.218200, and for SG Officer – GM post applicants will get Rs.123100 to Rs.215900.

Qualification/Experience for IRCON Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the IRCON Recruitment 2023 must have the following Qualifications/experience below.

• IRSEE Officer working in SAG/NFSAG/SG scale with experience in construction/ maintenance of substations, general electrical service, and Railway Electrification. Dealing with various Contractors, Suppliers, local authorities, and officials of Clients/Consultants.
• The officer should have a “minimum 20 years of total experience, out of which 8 years should be in projects of similar nature”.
• Relevant extensive experience and requisite knowledge in the same field.
• The number of years of experience and the nature of the experience of the officer in the specific area as per the requirement will be taken into consideration.
• Officer should have good communication skills.
• Overall, an officer with a good mix of all of the above shall be preferred for selection.
