Note: Officers working in Indian Railways as APO/DPO/ACM/DCM/Law Officer/Assistant Law Officer or equivalent OR Officers working in equivalent grades in the legal department of Indian Railway PSUs/Central Government Departments & Ministries/CPSUs are also eligible to apply (subject to fulfilling the pay scale eligibility criteria)

Candidates must be employed at pay scale level Rs 15600-39100 GP 5400 6th CPC/Level 10 for CDA pattern or 70000-200000 for IDA pattern.
In accordance with the IRCTC recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will look after the work of the legal department of IRCTC at the Corporate Office in New Delhi. The selected candidate will be hired on a deputation basis for a period of three years or until IRCTC is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption, whichever is earlier.
