IREDA Recruitment 2022: Applications have been invited for the post of Management Expert/ Senior Consultant ( on a need basis) at IREDA. The Management Expert/ Senior Consultant will assist IREDA in all aspects with a vision for achieving the projected business targets for the next five years. The initial term of appointment shall be on a need basis and as and when required depending upon the organizational / project requirement. Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) is a specialized public sector financial institution under the administrative control of the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, MNRE, Government of India dedicated to financing Renewable Energy (RE) and Energy Efficiency /Conservation projects in India and has been playing a pivotal role in developing renewable energy. The Place of Posting of Management Expert/ Senior Consultant shall be stationed in New Delhi. He/ she will report to CMD at IREDA Registered Office, New Delhi

Professional Fee of Rs.10,000/- per day (Payable on a monthly basis on a self-certification basis, as per guidelines).

Qualification and Experience for IREDA Recruitment 2022

The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent, with a specialization in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, and Personnel Management.

The candidate should have a minimum of 25 years of experience in all facets of Management such as Production, Material Management Commercial, Human Resources, Vigilance, etc. Retired Government /PSU employees fulfilling the above criteria may also apply.

i. To assist IREDA in Recruiting Senior Management Positions on an immediate basis.

ii. To assist in the review of various HR policies.

iii. To assist in performance review/ assessment of employees/staff in line with organization requirements.

iv. To assist in Human Resource Developmental activities.

v. To assist in Organizational development and restricting of Organization.

vi. To develop a key performance Review system.

vii. To do an Occupancy Assessment.

viii. To streamline Recovery Management.

ix. To assist in the Recovery and Monitoring of ongoing projects.
