IREDA Recruitment 2022: Applications have been invited for the 1. General Manager, 2. Additional General Manager, 3. Chief Manager 4. Deputy General Manager and 5. Senior Manager etc. posts in IREDA. The Total Number of Vacant Positions is 21 which is break-up according to post-wise and category-wise.
The Maximum Age Limit for Applying for the Posts is 55 years. Candidates fulfilling the above eligibility norms may apply online at the “Careers” section on the IREDA website- https://www.ireda.in. Only online applications and no other means/mode of the applications shall be accepted. The application fee of Rs.1000/- is to be paid by the candidates online, and no other means/mode of payment of the fee shall be accepted. SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM/Internal candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee. The fee paid through Net Banking/ Credit Card / Debit Card shall attract charges as made applicable by the Gateway Service Provider.
Selection Process for IREDA Recruitment 2022
Depending upon the number of applications, IREDA reserves the right to fix up the eligibility criteria, limit the number of applications to be called for a particular post, and decide about the written test/ interview or any other screening mode. 1. General Manager
25 years experience in the executive level and present working experience of minimum 03 years not below the level of Additional General Manager (E-7 Level) in the Scale of Pay of Rs.1,00,000-2,60,000 and above or equivalent, in the area of Human Resources in Central/ State Public Sector Undertakings and Private Sector. The CTC should not be below Rs.43.98 Lakhs per year for candidates presently working in Private Sector.
The incumbent must have experience in Manpower Planning, Talent identification, Grooming, Wage Revision, Devising Recruitment and Promotion Policies, Performance Management, etc. Must have experience in a complex range of innovative future-focused learning and development initiatives across all employees. The incumbent must also have experience in HR strategy, knowledge development, and competency mapping.
2. Additional General Manager
20 years experience in the executive level and present working experience of a minimum of 03 years not below the level of Deputy General Manager (E-6 Level) in the Scale of Pay of Rs.90,000-2,40,000 and above or equivalent, in the area of Human Resources in Central / State Public Sector Undertakings and Private Sector. The CTC should not be below Rs.38.86 Lakhs per year for candidates presently working in Private Sector.
The incumbent must have experience in Manpower Planning, Talent identification, Grooming, Wage Revision, Devising Recruitment and Promotion Policies, Performance Management, etc. Must have experience in a complex range of innovative future-focused learning and development initiatives across all employees. The incumbent must also have experience in HR strategy, knowledge development, and competency mapping.
