Educational Qualifications and Experience for IREL Recruitment 2024:

For Tradesman Trainee(ITI) Fitter / Electrician-

• The candidate should have ITI / NAC in Fitter / Electrician.
• Two years’ experience in the relevant Trade/ Discipline in a reputed Industrial Establishment including on the Job Training Apprenticeship training, if any.

For Electrician Trade- Valid statutory licence is essential.

For Tradesman Trainee (ITI) Attendant Operator Chemical Plant-

• The candidate should have ITI/NAC in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) or
• The candidate should have +(plus) 2 Science (Intermediate/Higher Secondary) with Chemistry as one of the subjects & 50% marks in aggregate.
• The candidate should have 02 years’ experience in operation of Chemical and allied Process Industry including apprenticeship training, if any.

Age Limit for IREL Recruitment 2024:

As stated in the official notification of IREL Recruitment 2024, the age limit is mentioned below:

• The maximum age limit for the mentioned position should be 35 years.
• The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.

Selection Process for IREL Recruitment 2024:

In order to apply for IREL Recruitment 2024, the mode of selection will be based on Written Test, Skill Test / Trade Test and Psychometric Test. The written test will be Computer Based Test (CBT). The written examination will be held for a duration of 1.5 Hours consisting of two Papers. Paper-I will consist of 50 Objective type questions on Professional Knowledge (Discipline related) and Paper-II will consist of 50 objective type questions on General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical ability and General English with multiple choice answers in each Paper.
