Ixigo Hiring Senior Executive

Overview:

Ixigo is hiring an experienced Senior Executive – Group Bookings (Flight) to work remotely. You will be calling customers as & when leads are received and updating tickets in CRM with relevant customer requirements.

What will you be doing:

Partner coordination & negotiation for better fares.

Payment collection & revenue management.

Assisting customers with post sales queries.

Follow ups to close potential leads.

Qualifications for this Job:

Must have 2 years of experience in Group Booking (Voice+Non-Voice).

Working knowledge of Airline Portals & CRMs

Excellent command over the English language with Negotiation skills and convincing customers or past experience in Sales Process.

Must be flexible to work over weekends to respond to user queries.

Good experience in resolving issues quickly.

High energy and drive to work in a start-up environment.

Excellent Team Player.
