JKSSB Recruitment 2022 for 1045 Vacancies: Check Post, Qualification and Other Details
JKSSB Recruitment 2022: Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) and Junior Engineer (Mechanical). There are a total of 1045 vacancies for the posts. The maximum age limit to apply for the post is 43 years. The monthly remuneration paid is between Rs. 35400 to Rs. 112400.
Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply through the official website of JKSSB. Candidates belonging to the general category have to pay Rs. 550 as the application fee and candidates belonging to ST/SC/PWD/EWS have to pay Rs. 450. The selection is based on the examination of Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions. The questions will be set in English Language only.
The last date for submitting the application form is 20th December 2022. Applications received after the due date and incomplete applications will be rejected.

For Junior Engineer (Mechanical)- 3 years diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government recognized institute/Indian university degree in\ Mechanical engineering or AMIE Section (A&B) INDIA.
The selection for the posts shall be made on the basis of merit obtained by candidates in Objective Type Multiple Choice Examination only.
Scheme of examination- The Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions. The questions will be set in English Language only. There will be a Negative Marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Marks scored by candidates in the written tests will be normalized to determine final merit and cut-off marks.
