Overview:
Accor is looking for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager at their Ahmedabad location.
Roles and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Assist the Director of Finance in overseeing and directing all aspects and operations with regards to the processing and distribution of payroll and the accounting operations of the organization.
- Responsible for the supervision and guidance of the Accounting, Accounting Staff and Payroll.
- Assist the Director of Finance in the preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules required by Novotel, Ahmedabad
- Ensure the accuracy and correctness of all charges and credits to the various accounts and that they are properly recorded on a timely basis.
- Any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management
The ideal candidate should also have:
- Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals is the most desirable management quality, followed by honesty, integrity, ethical behavior, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness;
- Ability to accept responsibility;
- Self confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity;
- Ability to enhance organizational performance;
- Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities;

- And the propensity to recognize and acknowledge other people’ idea
