Overview:

Cipla is looking for an experienced Business Partner Finance at Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role requires cross cultural collaboration along with the slight barrier of language in LATAM countries. This is a proper Direct to Market, where we our own entity, no distributor but a service provider, dealing with +15 customers daily with a fully functional Lab which increases the complexity. Role is based off market in India which would need higher diligence, scrutiny & ability to sense and resolve proactively.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Co-own the regional P&L and financial performance on Revenue, Profits, Cash flow and ROIC for the LATAM region in order to meet the desired growth for the organisation
• Drive financial excellence by ensuring that working capital is on target and cost management is in place
• Drive governance and legal compliance through regular audits (internal and external), risk management, review of contracts in order to ensure statutory compliance and avoid fraud risks
• Ensure tax compliance and maximise tax planning opportunities
• Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships by working closely with them and communicating on a regular basis in order to achieve the strategic objectives in a smooth and effective manner
• India and LATAM subsidiary connect
• Operational excellence in LATAM countries
• Drive insights and analysis with proper data management for EM DTM countries

Eligibility:

• CA/MBA
