Overview:

HPE is hiring an experienced Contracts Center Agent at their Chennai location. The Contracts Agent owns the end-to-end Contract Solutions for Channel and/or customer business. They coordinate contract documentation setup, updates, terminations, performance review and system setup.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner/customer onboarding, contracts signing, modifications, partner/ customer mergers and acquisitions, terminations of agreements
  • Exhibit to contract mapping, exhibit knowledge and maintenance
  • Step-by-step guidance for account managers on contracts solutions
  • Driving implementation of new processes/ tools at the assigned scope level
  • Contractual data research and report creation as per business requirements; finding automation opportunities
  • Contractual template and letter creation and dispatching; documentation maintenance and alignment with business requirements
  • Working with HPE specific tools for partner and customer data reporting
  • Executing new processes or projects implementation as indicated by project manager

What you’ll do:

  • Assists with designing and implementing portions of processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support for a customer segment or business unit
  • Collects, consolidates, and charts data from sales and process results for assigned portions of operations areas to identify trends and issues
  • learns and practices basic analysis
  • Implements specified changes to processes and tools to improve performance and efficiency
  • Develops an understanding of internal and external stakeholder relationships for process and tool expectations and needs.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 0-2 years experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience or understanding of data collection and analysis tools and software packages.
  • Good analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of business and sales operations processes and practices
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • mastery in English and local language.
