Overview:

BCG is hiring an experienced Senior Knowledge Analyst at their New Delhi location. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) In a Client Focused role within BCG’s Industrial Goods Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, providing Auto industry expertise and insights, specific to the Indian market, whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You will contribute to cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and helping case teams create a strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.

What will you be doing:

Solving client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in your area of expertise; knowledge of India 2W, 4W, 3W, CVs, tractors and EV landscape Is a must

Communicating with case teams and clients team members, in a credible and confident way

Codifying knowledge and maintaining assets and tools for the Auto sector based on different client contexts

Communicating with senior stakeholders, in a credible and confident way

Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working

Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, openness to new things and ability to propose innovative ideas

Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity

Qualifications for this Job:

3+ years of consulting experience in relevant Auto topics are required; candidates with consulting experience preferred

In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred

Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred)

Fluency in English

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
