Oyo is recruiting for an interesting role in the business finance function of OYO Vacation Homes. They are looking for smart, passionate go-getters who enjoy hustling and taking loads of ownership. The scope of work ranges from financial analysis, management reporting, business and financial planning, cross-functional collaboration ensuring implementation to endless problem solving.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Monitor review and analysis of key KPIs, analysis of company’s actual performance compared to business plans; visibility creation through dashboards and financial models; and reporting to key stakeholders
• Manage reporting of key metrics that aid business decision making and support key strategic initiatives
• Budget and forecast; prepare of AOP and other financial plans
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Create action plans and ensuring implementation

Eligibility:

• Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance from a premier institute with 3-5 years post qualification experience (Preferred)
• Relevant prior experience in FP & amp; A and business finance (Preferred)
• High on ownership and go getter attitude
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics
