Roles and Responsibility:

Manage a portfolio of Financial Institution clients (NBFCs, Brokers, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Domestic & International Banks, etc.) and review proposals for fresh limits, enhancements and renewal of limits.

To manage portfolio through regular client interactions and meetings, maintaining list of Close Monitoring Accounts and Watchlist Accounts and staying updated and sharing regular updates (financial & non-financial).

To monitor security status, receivables audit, EWS triggers, and other covenants applicable for portfolio clients.

To stay abreast with all, including the latest, regulatory circulars and guidelines applicable for the portfolio and the Bank’s internal policies.

To prepare/ support in the preparation of periodic reports and updates to senior management and the Board.

To manage wholesale bank’s rating models – revalidation & recalibration and related MIS (incl. compliance with Rating Policy).

Support the broader team in other activities towards maintaining a high quality of control on the portfolio and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

Working professional (banking experience preferred) with relevant experience who can independently manage/ own multiple responsibilities in a high-pressure environment.

A person should be able and willing to assume complete ownership and responsibility for their portfolio and should be proficient in MS Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to collate, synthesize, process, and present data.

Further, a person should have interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with internal/external stakeholders.

The ability to read, and analyze financial reports and understand banking products (treasury and non-treasury) will be a key aspect of the job.

4-8 Years (3-5 years relevant experience).
