KVS Recruitment 2022: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has recently notified and invited applications from eligible and interested invited application for the positions of Primary Teacher (PRT) in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan to apply online through the KVS website. No other means/mode of submission of applications will be accepted. The recruitment examination will be conducted through Computer Based Test (CBT). If selected, the candidates may be posted anywhere in India on initial posting as per the requirement of the organization. The selected candidate will be placed in Level 6: Rs. 35400 – 112400. There are a total of 6414 vacancies for the Posts.
Candidates are required to apply Online through the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan website. No other means /mode of application will be accepted. Complete details should be filled in carefully in the online application form. Candidates are advised to note down their login id and password for future use. Candidates are requested to apply for the job post before the deadline. No application shall be entertained after the stipulated time/ date. The Total Number of Vacancies as per KVS Recruitment Official Notification for the post of Primary Teacher (PRT) is 6414. Details of the Vacancies can be checked in the below Table.
The age of the candidate shall not be above 30 years. The Cut-off date for determining various eligibility criteria (Educational Qualifications, Age Limit, Experience, etc.) will be 26.12.2022 as per the KVS Recruitment 2022 Notification.
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education(by whatever name known)
OR
Senior Secondary(or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.)
OR
Senior Secondary(or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education(Special Education)
OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and a Bachelor of Education PRIMARY (B.Ed.)* TEACHER * who has acquired the qualification of Bachelor of Education from any NCTE-recognized institution shall be considered for appointment as a teacher in class I-V provided the person so appointed as a teacher shall mandatorily undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NOTE within two years of such appointment as Primary Teacher.
2. Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (Paper-I) conducted by the Govt. of India.
3. Proficiency to teach through Hindi & English media.
The selected candidate will be placed in Level 6: Rs. 35400 – 112400 Pay Scale.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written examination and class demo/ interview/skill test put together. The decision of KVS about the mode of selection for the above posts and eligibility conditions of the applicants for interview shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
The candidates have to pay the examination fee online through the prescribed link at the online application, the post-wise examination fee payable is as under:
Primary Teacher – Rs. 1500
No fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH and Ex-Servicemen categories. Fee once deposited, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
