Overview:

Maersk is hiring an experienced Sales Learning and development Analyst at their Mumbai location. This role is responsible for driving overall capability building in Sales from onboarding to professional development, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives in the Area.

What will you be doing:

Develop and execute Sales L&D strategy

Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps

Recommend training & development activities

Implement CEN L&D methods

Foster learning culture

Facilitate Sales onboarding & training

Qualifications for this Job:

A Bachelor/Master’s degree is required with 5+ years industry or equivalent sales, sales excellence, or project management experience.

Past exposure in sales excellence, sales operations and hands-on SFDC experience are preferred.

Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders.

You should possess enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, high integrity and a willingness to learn.
You should have excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both written and oral) and should be very good at stakeholder management.

In addition, you should have organizational and time management skills including multitasking, prioritising, and the ability to plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines.
