The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (CET) cell has extended its registration deadline again for MAH BCA, BBA, BMS, and BBM CET 2024 Entrance Examination for Admission to Professional Courses in BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM for the academic year 2024-25. The exam will be held at various examination centres both inside and outside of Maharashtra State.

Earlier, the last date for MAH BCA, BBA, BMS, and BBM Common Entrance Test 2024 was 30th April, but on 3rd May 2024, the Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) cell released a Notice, where that mentioned the extension of Registration Period, and now the Candidates will be able to fill out the application form by 5th May 2024 through the official website i.e. cetcell.mahacet.org.

The online form-filling period has been extended in accordance with the timetable below.

As per the Notification, after 5th May 2024, no additional extensions will be granted. The exam for the relevant courses on the Common Entrance Test 2024 will take place on 27th May and 29th May. Candidates seeking admission to MBA and MCA programs for the 2024–2025 academic year must take the Common Entrance Test. The Cell will shortly make the admit card available on its official website as well.

To register for the exam, aspirants from the unreserved (UR) category who are not from Jammu and Kashmir (OMS) states must pay an application fee of Rs.1000. But only candidates from Maharashtra will be required to pay Rs.800 if they belong to the scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST), Vimukta Jati/de-notified tribes (VJ/DT), nomadic tribes (NT) – (A), (B), (C), (D), other backward classes (OBC), economically weaker sections (EWS), and persons with disability (PwD) category.

There is one mark for each of the 100 multiple-choice questions in the MAH BCA, BBA, BMS, and BBM CET 2024 test. Interestingly, wrong responses do not result in a zero.

Examiners will have 90 minutes to finish the test for candidates.
