MCA notifies Hindi as official language of office in persons for Registrar Office, Dehradun Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide notification number S.O. 2234(E) dated 12th May, 2023 has notified that 80% officers/employees have acquired the working knowledge of Hindi in Company Registrar-Cum-Official Liquidator Office, Dehradun, Uttarakhand under administrative control of Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The notification reads as follows:

In pursuance of Sub-Rule (4) of Rule 10 of the Official Language (Use for official purposes of the Union) Rules, 1976 (as amended in 1987, 2007 and 2011), the Central Government hereby notifies the Company Registrar-Cum-Official Liquidator Office, Dehradun, Uttarakhand under administrative control of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, wherein more than 80% officers/employees have acquired the working knowledge of Hindi.
