Eligibility Criteria of MH CET Law 2025:

Before completing the MH CET Law Application 2025, candidates who wish to apply for admission to a 5-year or 3-year LLB program must review the eligibility requirements for the MH CET Law 2025. For 5-year LLB Course-

  • The candidate needs to have passed Class (10+2) at an authorized board.
  • To apply for MH CET Law, candidates in the Open category must have at least 45% of their class (10+2) grade.
  • Candidates from the SC/ST category must have received at least 40% in their Class (10+2) test in order to be eligible to apply for the MH CET Law 2025.
  • VJNT, SBC and OBC candidates need a minimum of 42% marks in Class (10+2) to fill out the MH CET Law application form.

For 3-year LLB Course-

  • The candidate needs to have passed Graduation from a reputable college or university with honours.
  • To apply for MH CET Law, open-category students must have at least 45% in their graduate coursework.
  • To apply for the MH CET Law 2025, students from the SC/ST category must have received at least 40% in their graduation exam.
  • VJNT, SBC and OBC candidates need a minimum of 42% marks in graduation to fill out the MH CET Law application form

Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning-

  • Study of Law, Legal prepositions, set of facts from Case Laws, Legal aptitude and problem-solving ability

General Knowledge of Current Affairs-

  • History (Ancient, Medieval and Modern), Geography, General Science, Economics, Civics, and the Current Affairs of the past 1 year.

Logical and Analytical Reasoning (30 Questions)-

  • Identify patterns, and logical links and rectify illogical arguments, complete arguments, and wide analogies, draw well-supported conclusions, understand the structure, reasoning by analogy, apply principles or rules, relationship and to draw logical conclusions about the structures, and also reason deductively from the set of statements and rules or principles that describes the relationship among persons, things or events.

English-

  • Vocabulary (Synonyms, Antonyms, analogies etc.) Proficiency (Idioms and Phrases, One-word Substitution, Sentence Improvement and rearrangement, Fill in the Blanks etc.) English Usage Errors (Common errors, spotting errors, inappropriate usage of words, spelling mistakes etc.)
  • English Comprehension with a minimum of two passages followed by Five to Ten questions
    that test reading and reasoning abilities.

Basic Mathematics ( Only For 5- year MH CET Law)-

  • This section will include standard 10-level mathematics questions. These questions will be related to topics including Profit and Loss, Time and Work, Speed and Distance, Average, Algebra and Venn Diagram.
