Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Defence is appointing eligible Indian citizens to fill the numerous positions on a probation basis for a period of 02 years. As mentioned in the Official notification of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, there are 25 vacant seats for this recruitment drive. Selected candidates will get the remuneration on a pay scale Level 2  and Level 10  as per the pay matrix of the 7th CPC. As given in the official notification of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, the minimum and maximum age limits for the various post will range between 18 to 25 years.

In accordance with the official notification of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test. Candidates appearing for the written examinations would also be subjected to practical skill/trade tests whichever is applicable. Tenure Period for Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023:

Applicants will be appointed on a probation period of 02 years followed by permanent absorption subject to found suitable during the probation period, with all India service liability (preferably at stations like Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, and Secunderabad).

Qualification for Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, must have the following qualification mentioned below.

  • Candidates should have Matric/equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Applicants should be able to be conversant with the duties of their respective trade with one year of experience.

Salary for Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023:

The candidate selected for Cook and Carpenter posts will get the remuneration on a pay scale Level 2  and candidates who will slecetd for MTS (Messenger), Washerman, MTS (Safaiwala), Equipment Repairer and Tailor posts will get the remuneration on a pay scale  Level 10  as per the pay matrix of the 7th CPC.

Selection Procedure for Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test. Candidates appearing for the written examinations would also be subjected to practical skill/trade tests whichever is applicable.

The skill test will be of qualifying in nature and carries no separate marks. Selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit of the written examination subject to a candidate qualifying in the skill test.

Candidates must carry the originals of all the above documents while appearing for an examination for verification. Please DO NOT FORWARD ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES WITH APPLICATION.
