Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2025: The Ministry of Finance is looking for interested and well-qualified candidates to fill the post of Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) to represent the Income Tax Department before the Courts of Session and its subordinate courts. The candidates should have a minimum of 07 years of experience as a practising Advocate, in criminal matters. The applicants must have adequate experience in handling trials relating to Direct Taxes is desirable. The term of engagement will remain valid for an appropriate period of 03 years and extensions are also possible for at least 06 months prior to the expiry of an existing panel of Special Public Prosecutors.
